The nourish program allows you to have 24/7 texting and Monthly calls to ensure you’re fully supported within this experience.

Private cooking lessons
Cooking Lessons.
After planning your desired recipes together, to ensure it’s tailored to your needs. I will do the grocery shopping for you, prior to your session for the freshest ingredients.
You will be sent the recipes prior to your cooking lesson and in our lessons, you’ll be able to learn the foundations of cooking so you can feel comfortable and confident of creating delicious and healthy meals moving forward in the kitchen.

Join me in your kitchen for a 2–3 hour hands-on lesson. Together we’ll cook 3 delicious recipes (protein, starch vegetable/fruit). I’ll bring the groceries, containers, and we’ll cook together. So you can learn skills you’ll use again.
