  • No, PAPAYANWELL does not practice calorie counting. Instead, we encourage intuitiveness eating habits and measure this by clients weekly food journals, portion sizes, meal plate creations and fuelling recipes/meal plans.

  • Insurance plans differ in which nutrition services and providers they cover. PAPAYANWELL offers nutrition counselling and coaching as a Certified Nutrition Consultant and Registered Health & Exercise Practitioner (RHEP). Because coverage varies by plan, please connect with your insurance provider before submitting a claim, as reimbursement cannot be guaranteed.
