  • No, PAPAYANWELL does not practice calorie counting. Instead, we encourage intuitiveness eating habits and measure this by clients weekly food journals, portion sizes, meal plate creations and fuelling recipes/meal plans.

  • What’s special about PAPAYANWELL is that clients do not need to book multiple followups after their consultations. We believe that long term habits take time, which is why you have 24/7 texting support within our programs and can schedule a follow up call anytime within your program.
